M7 ONLINE RELEASE TOMORROW!!!!!
The day has finally arrived everyone!!!!
After so much hard work and patience from everyone here in the Depeche Mode community, our long labor of love is complete. All orders have been shipped and it is time to unveil the tunes and artwork to the rest of the world now!
Friday, August 8th will mark the release of MODEified by 7 & MODEified by 7 Again!!!
At some point in the day, the site www.MODEified.com will point to the new server. Click on the M7 page and the links for the songs will be LIVE! There will be links too added so that you can download each disc's songs in one shot for those who want them all in one download.
All links to any MODEified address from www.commline.com will no longer take you to the MODEified site. Please update your links to use www.MODEified.com . Thanks.
This is it folks! Once the album is released, please take time to listen to the discs and post your positive comments and constructive feedback! Feel free to send full REVIEWS to me here or at NCRobino@aol.com and I will post them to the blog and on BONG.
The final version of the M7 site will come once I've returned from Australia (leaving on the 13th and won't be back till September 1st!). The final version will look like the other edition's sites, which will include bio's, graphics and links for all the bands, liner notes...etc. That update will bring the project to an official close.
Please spread the word that the project is releasing tomorrow everyone!

ALL MODEified Edition MP3's Get Upgraded!
Brian Heese, our fearless BONG leader, has been taking the time to update EVERY MODEified edition's MP3 catalog with the proper ID3 information for each track! So far, M1 and M2 are up and ready.
Check out the M1 and M2 sites for the links to download one big ol' zip file that contains the entire edition's MP3's with full and complete ID3 Tag information.
Now when you load the MODEified's to your iPod, the proper song information will display. These updated MP3's will eventually be all that is available from the site, but for now you can only get them from the new zip file links. Enjoy! Now go get them!

You can now click on each edition's page above and scroll down to the track listing for each project. Simply navigate to each edition you want to explore. Just click on the title of each song in the album track listing and listen to or right click to download the mp3s!!
The songs become available only after the CD has been released for awhile to keep the enthusiasm and anticipation for the editions as they are released. After they've been enjoyed and discussed by those fortunate enough to have their original discs, we then make the songs available for everyone to enjoy.Get these now! Its like a new DM album many say! Play the heck out of them and let the artists know how much you enjoy them!! They truly are fun and worth the time and effort all these great fans put in to these collections!
The Story
February 10th, 2005MODEified is a series of compilations of Depeche Mode covers as interpreted by DM Fans! The series began in 1995 and new editions are produced every few years still! Most of the artists featured on these collections are members of BONG, the Depeche Mode Mailing List.
